Chapter Philanthropy and Service

We Think Pink year round!

Throughout the academic year, the Theta Chi chapter works endlessly to raise funds and awareness for breast cancer education and survivor recognition. We've raised over 11,000 dollars over the last biennium, and we haven't stopped there! We have national partnerships with NFL Crucial Catch, American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, and Bright Pink. Every October we celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness month. This includes Pinknic, on-campus ribbon passing, restaurant fundraisers, and our annual Big Man On Campus competition.

Big Man on Campus is a male pageant show where all participants fundraise in order to show off their talent, swimwear, and more! Every semester, we also have a Think Pink basketball game with GMU's basketball teams. Our Crucial Catch game is also in the Fall, where several area ZTA chapters pass out ribbons at a Redskins Football Game.
